롤스크린 구성
기능성 선별장비
광물선별장비의 기존의 방식은 메시망의 격자 크기를 이용해서 격자 크기보다 작은 물질을 걸러서 사용했으나,선별 작업시 소음 및 진동이 크고 분진 발생이 많고 메시망 눈메꿈 현상이 발생하는 불편이 있었다.
롤스크린 장비는 개별 치차 및 구동축 회전에 의한 선별방식이라 소음 및 진동을 획기적으로 감소시켰고 메시망을 사용하지 않아 눈메꿈에 의한 장비 정지 시간이 없어 장비 가동율을 향상시키는 장비이다.
특징
- 설치 공간과 용량(ton/hr)에 따른 선별장비 크기 조절이 가능.
- 모터감속기와 구동축이 커플링에 의한 직결형식이라 소음이 적고 구동력이 뛰어나다.
- 유지관리 및 운전이 쉽다.
- 부분적인 치차 교환이 가능해 유지 보수 비용이 적게든다.
- 프리미엄 모터감속기를 채용하여 높은 에너지 효율 및 긴 사용 수명 으로 운영 비용이 감소
Roll Screen System 특징
- 기존 VIBRATING SCREEN에 비해 크기는 적으면서 광물 선별 능력을 극대화 시킴.
- 기존 VIBRATING SCREEN의 결점인 내부에 WIRE MESH 가 없어 눈메꿈에 의한 유지보수 작업이 필요없다.
- 설치 공간과 용량(Ton/hr)에 따른 선별기 크기 조절이 가능하다.
- 기존 VIBRATING SCREEN은 소음 및 진동이 크고 분진 발생이 많아 작업 환경이 열악 했으나, 롤스크린은 개별 롤러 구동 및 베어링 지지 형식이라 구동에 의한 소음이 낮다. (무부하 운전시 85dB이하)
- 모터감속기와 롤러 샤프트가 커플링에 의한 직결 형식이라 구동 시 소음이 적고, 구동력이 뛰어나다.
- 터닝플레이트 및 스페이서가 오랜시간 사용해도 마모가 적어 유지보수 비용이 적게든다.
- 터닝샤프트와 터닝스페이서가 한몸체가 아닌 개별부품으로 제작 조립되어 있어 터닝스페이서 교체시, 스페이서만 교체해서 유지 보수비용이 적게든다.
- 부분적인 터닝플레이트 및 스페이서 교환이 가능해 유지보수 비용이 절감.
- 터닝샤프트 하부에 위치한 스크래퍼로 터닝플레이트 및 스페이서에 부착된 찌꺼기등을 제거 한다.
- 콤팩트하면서 힘의 구현력이 좋은 모터 및 감속기를 채용.
- 한 차원 높은 에너지 효율 및 긴 사용 수명으로 운영 비용이 감소한다.

I checked the results and found that the data was fairly accurate.

Change transfer chute flow-Rocky DEM sim
The existing transfer chute was biased to one side, and the receiving machine continued to have problems.
So we tried to change the flow of the transfer chute.
The size, position, and angle of the plate to change the flow were analyzed and designed using Rocky DEM.
It was improved three months ago as designed, and no problems have occurred to date.
기존에 설치된 이송 슈트가 한쪽으로 치우치는 현상이 발생하여 공급받는 기계에 계속 문제가 발생하였다.
그래서 이송 슈트의 흐름을 변경하여 개선하고자 하였다.
흐름을 바꾸어줄 판의 크기,위치,각도를 Rocky DEM을 사용하여 분석하고 설계하였다.
설계한대로 3개월전 개선 하였고 현재까지 어떤 문제도 발생하지 않았다.
